Q: Do I need to remove any ornaments or pots and plants from my driveway or patio?
A:
Yes we would ask that the area we are cleaning is clear of any obstructions, however if required it can be arranged for us to move these items for you. We would also ask, if you are having our Gutter Clearance service that any motor vehicles are parked away from the area where the work will be carried out.

Q: Will you need to use my water?
A: Yes we will require the use of your water for our driveway/patio cleaning service, this is however reflected in our prices. We will need access to an outdoor water tap. If you haven`t got an outdoor water tap, we may be able to use an indoor tap.

Q: Will you need to use our electric?
A:
We will only need to use your electric if you are having our gutter clearance service. This is reflected in our prices.

Q Do I need to be home when you are cleaning?
A:
No,we are more than happy to carry out our cleaning service if you are not present at home, however we would ask that you leave us access to an outside water tap or an electric supply if required. We may also need access to the rear of the property.

Q: Do you use any chemicals?
A: During the cleaning process we only use water, If you require any special treatments or sealing then we would be required to use chemicals. This would be fully discussed with you prior to any treatments being carried out.

Q: Are you fully insured?
A: Yes we have public liability insurance.

Q: Will you leave the work area clean / tidy?
A: We promise to leave your property clean and tidy as we found it, we will also remove any bags of debris/rubbish if you do not have a way to dispose of them yourself.

Q: How do I make payment?
A:
We accept Cash, Card or Bank Transfer. Payment in full is required on issue of the invoice.
